Product Description
The 4 axis version CNC-6036 is an excellent performance of gantry maching center. It performs extremely well both in terms of stability and rigidity and precision. It is equipped with a large size worktable with excellent load capacity, the size can be up to 6000mm*2600mm, and the maximum load can be up to 28T. All castings of the fuselage are made of high hardness and quality materials, providing strong and stable fuselage rigidity. The oversized columns, honeycomb structure and extremely strong ribs provide excellent strength and rigidity. After annealing treatment, the casting body will not deform for a long time after removing stress.
The rigidity of the spindle is very high. The material of the spindle can absorb vibration and vibration resistance is excellent, which can ensure the accuracy will not be affected by vibration. The speed of the spindle can reach 4000RPM.
